koffice-l10n-it software package provides Italian (it) translations for KOffice, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install koffice-l10n-it
koffice-l10n-it is installed in your system.
Make ensure the koffice-l10n-it package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep koffice-l10n-it *
You will get with koffice-l10n-it package name, version, architecture and description in a table
